Test Lead/Systems Analyst III
Location: Philadelphia, PA 
Salary range: $100,000 to $128,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a systems analyst to perform the Test Lead role to support a customer’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Test and Evaluation (T&E) team. This position will serve as a subject matter expert and lead the manual verification testing efforts for the customer’s ERP program. You will work closely with developers, engineers, program managers, and analysts to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of enterprise software systems used by the customer.

This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.

This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of manual verification testing.
•  Support the Test and Evaluation (T&E) team for the ERP through test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Serve as co-chair of a Deficiency Review Board (DRB) for manual testing.
• Author and maintain test documentation including test cases, test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Ensure requirements are testable and traceable, and support refinement of acceptance criteria.
• Analyze test results, communicate findings, and make go/no-go recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on test tools, methodologies, and standards.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct performance, integration, functional, and acceptance testing aligned with our customer’s ERP specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in system/software testing or verification roles.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance.
• Expert knowledge of:
  • ERP (SAP ECC) environment
  •  SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
  • OpenText ALM/Quality Center or similar test management tools
• Demonstrated experience coordinating test activities and generating bi-directional traceability.
• Strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DoD or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with T&E policies and procedures.
• ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications.
• Experience briefing test results to leadership and stakeholders.
