About the Role:

Trinity IT is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Audio Visual Animator with strong expertise in both 2D and 3D animation to support our contract with the US Navy. The ideal candidate will bring storytelling to life through engaging visual content for TV spots, industrial sequences, and high-impact multimedia presentations. This role is suited for animators with a deep portfolio and extensive experience in the animation industry, ideally including work with major studios or commercial production environments.

This position is contingent on contract award.

This position requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, which requires US citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for a variety of multimedia projects.
   

• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and storyboard visual content.
   

• Animate characters, environments, and assets for use in television, web, and industrial applications.
   

• Integrate audio elements, visual effects, and motion graphics to produce polished and engaging final products.
   

• Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
   

• Participate in reviews, revisions, and quality assurance processes.
   

• Stay current on animation trends, technologies, and best practices.
   

Required Qualifications:

• Active SECRET clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
   

• 8+ years of professional experience using 2D and 3D animation software.
   

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.
   

• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
   

• Experience producing animation for TV spots, industrial sequences, or major animation studios (e.g., Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks).
   

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
