About the Role:
Trinity IT is seeking an experienced Logistician II to support integrated logistics efforts across acquisition, operational, and sustainment environments. This mid-level role supports our contract with the US Navy is critical in directing logistics planning and support for complex systems, including weapon systems and associated equipment, throughout their life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated logistics support (ILS), policy development, and workforce readiness.
This role is contingent upon contract award.
This position requires an active SECRET or higher security clearance, which requires US citizenship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and oversee logistics processes across operational, acquisition, and wholesale domains.

Develop logistics support policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Provide implementation guidance to ensure compliance with logistics directives and standards.

Prepare and issue directives to optimize logistics support planning and execution.

Establish and enforce training and equipment standards for logistics personnel.

Manage and coordinate all logistics activities related to the life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.

Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in integrated logistics support (ILS).

Strong knowledge of life cycle logistics and sustainment planning.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in logistics planning tools and related software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal logistics programs.

Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and policies (e.g., MIL-STD-1388, DAU guidelines).

Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CLCL, CPLM, or DAWIA Level I/II in Life Cycle Logistics).

Experience with logistics databases and systems (e.g., LMI, GCSS-Army, or similar platforms).
